This Privacy Policy explains what information Walker Insure Advisors, LLC ("WIA," "we," "us") collects through The Objection Room, how it's used, and who can see it.
Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text).
Practice activity: the objections you practice, your typed or transcribed responses, AI-generated scores and coaching feedback, and delivery metrics (pace, filler-word count) when voice practice is used. We do not store raw audio recordings of your practice sessions.
Payment information: subscription payments are processed by Stripe. WIA does not receive or store your full card number; we retain only a reference ID needed to manage your subscription.
Support and feedback: messages you send through the in-app "Contact support" or "Suggest something" features, including your name and email as the sender.
Usage data: basic technical information such as session timestamps, needed to operate the service.
If your account is part of an agency, your agency owner can see your practice sessions, responses, and scores — this is a core, disclosed feature of team accounts, used for coaching oversight, not an incidental side effect. WIA can also see this data across all accounts for support and service-operation purposes.
Your practice data is not shared with insurance carriers, CMS, or any other third party for purposes unrelated to operating this service. It is not sold.
Your typed or spoken responses during practice are sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, for coaching and scoring; ElevenLabs, for the simulated prospect and coaching voices) in order to generate feedback. These providers process the content of your practice session to return a response; they are not authorized to use it to train their own models outside the terms of WIA's agreements with them. Do not enter real client information into the tool, since it may be processed by these third-party services.
We retain your account and practice history for as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted — by you, by your agency owner removing you from a team, or by WIA — your practice history is deleted along with it and is not recoverable.
The service stores a login session token in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
This service is intended for licensed insurance brokers and is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under 18.
You can request a copy of your account information, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account by contacting us. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before taking effect.
Questions about this policy, or requests regarding your data, can be sent to Jerome Walker at jeromejwalker@gmail.com.
