These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Objection Room, a practice and coaching tool operated by Walker Insure Advisors, LLC ("WIA," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using the service on behalf of an agency, you're agreeing on that agency's behalf as well as your own.
The Objection Room is a practice tool. You respond to simulated prospect objections, and an AI evaluates your response against the Acknowledge–Clarify–Elevate (ACE) framework, part of the Power of the Presentation™ methodology.
This service is not CMS compliance training, is not a substitute for your agency's or carrier's official compliance training, and nothing generated by the AI — including suggested language — is pre-approved or compliance-vetted. You're responsible for following your own agency's and carrier's compliance requirements for anything you actually say to a real prospect or client.
Do not enter real client names, real client health or financial information, or any other real client data into this tool. It's a practice environment, not a system of record.
New individual accounts may start with a limited free trial. Continued access beyond the trial requires a paid subscription, billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). WIA does not directly store your full payment card number.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. If you cancel, you keep access through the remainder of the period you've already paid for; access ends at the close of that period rather than immediately.
Agency accounts are set up individually with WIA, with pricing and seat count agreed on directly between the agency and WIA rather than through this automated billing flow. Invoicing for agency accounts happens separately, outside this service.
If you're a broker using the service under an agency account, your agency owner and WIA can see your practice activity — including sessions completed, responses given, and scores — for coaching and oversight purposes. This visibility is a core, disclosed part of how team accounts work, not an incidental byproduct.
An agency owner may invite, pause, reactivate, or remove brokers on their own team, and may assign specific practice to specific brokers or the whole team.
You agree not to:
The Power of the Presentation™ methodology, the ACE framework as applied in this tool, and the built-in objection library are the property of Walker Insure Advisors, LLC. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use them within the service — it doesn't transfer ownership or grant rights to reproduce them elsewhere.
Custom objections an agency owner adds for their own team remain associated with that agency's account and are not shared with other agencies.
Coaching feedback, scoring, and simulated prospect responses are generated by AI. While built around WIA's own methodology, AI output can be imperfect or, on occasion, inaccurate. Nothing generated by the AI constitutes compliance guidance, legal advice, or a guarantee of sales outcomes.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WIA does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any specific improvement in sales results from using the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WIA's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid WIA in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. WIA may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent use. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends; WIA may retain or delete account data consistent with our Privacy Policy.
WIA may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to Jerome Walker at jeromejwalker@gmail.com.
